Our Lawyer's and Notary's Office was founded in 1950 by Dr Herbert Schernikau in Schneverdingen.

Based on a well established Notariate the office expanded on the lawyer's area since 1990 and became one of the largest law offices in the circuit of the Local Court of Soltau.
At the moment our office employs one notary/solicitor and three solicitors.
Specialisation is our way to meet the rising market demands of legal advice: we are Specialized Solicitors in the field of Family Law, Building Law and Law concerning Architects, and Labour Law as well.

Additionally we provide legal advice for both individuals and companies on each and every field of law. Administrative Law is comprehensively provided by our co-operation partner in Hamburg, Dr Thomas Reichelt, Solicitor and Specialized Solicitor in the field of Administrative Law. If necessary Dr Reichelt is available for personal consultations in Schneverdingen, too.

Our highly qualified staff is regularly trained and supports us in a fast and professional treatment of your affairs.

We are co-operating with other law offices in Salzgitter, Wedel, and Hamburg, and additionally with offices in Spain, Greece, and Australia, thus being present both on a national and international level.
